- reset endpoint in case of CLEAR FEATURE request (data toggle!)
- fix endpoint numbering (if we have 0x01, we can't have 0x81)
- don't generate interrupts for EP2/EP3 (yet)
- correct use of DEBUGPCRF where applicable
